This is Far East Plaza’s stripped-down espresso stop that fuels you with meticulously measured pulls from Drop Coffee Roasters and Sey Coffee beans, and offers a number of creative caffeinated options in a sleek, minimalist setting. Rosebud Coffee in San Gabriel Valley brews coffee with a cause by empowering the homeless and at-risk youth that are behind the counter, topping off your cappuccino with foam. The cafe also partners with a do-good roaster, Wild Goose, which donates 10 pounds of food for every pound of beans sold. Beyond that, the cafe also partners with a local high school and foster care center in order to facilitate mentoring relationships in the community.
Our Everett location is a gem right on the Malden border at 983 Broadway. We have spacious seating with a warm and inviting atmosphere featuring local artists and nonprofits. We are a full service coffee house that will be available for stage performances, community meetings, private events, and a church meeting space on Sundays. Part coffee shop, part subscription service, Dayglow is all about showcasing its favorite independent and up-and-coming roasters from around the world. As a move to break the silence surrounding suicide, 100 percent of net proceeds go towards suicide prevention, and all staff—from baristas to volunteers—are also certified in Mental Health First Aid. Started by graduate students at Northwestern University, BCBC Coffee Lab seeks to love its neighbors and donates a portion of proceeds to organizations like Sustainable Action International working in Haiti. The coffee shop—which serves its coffee in lab beakers—is also known to provide skills training for those who are experiencing long term job loss or homelessness.

Hugh Jackman’s coffee social enterprise was inspired on a visit to Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. At the brick-and-mortar cafe locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, you’ll find flat whites (Hugh is Australian, after all) alongside specialty drinks like the honey lavender latte. If you’re not in the zip code, you can also buy their coffee and K-cups online—Laughing Man is actually the first to create a recyclable K-cup. Proceeds go towards coffee farmers and their families, including the current project sponsoring housing improvements and college scholarships for farmers in Colombia. We are just as committed to making the best cup of coffee as we are to our mission of providing clean water.

The shop is small, with only a bit of counter space inside, but a spacious and pet-friendly patio makes for a good place to get work done, catch up with friends or make eyes at your neighbor. Street parking can be tough to find, but bike racks abound for two-wheeled commuters. This charming Historic Filipinotown café offers all-day fare that's worth lingering over—already an easy feat, given the free Wi-Fi and creative coffee there, too. Small-batch, seasonal pastries like passion fruit pie with graham cracker crust; pecan and caramel coffee cake; and blackberry rhubarb galettes are so good you won't want to share, and go great with pour-over coffee and specials like vanilla-and-orange cappuccinos.

You helped repair this pipeline to work efficiently in drought and invested into water recollection basins to operate in the rainy season. You provided water to hundreds through reconstruction in the wake of 2 hurricanes devastating the water infrastructure in San Antonio de Cortés, el Negrito and Chinda. The Well Coffee House is a non-profit organization staffed by volunteers who desire to be a blessing to others. Our first location opened on January 21st, 2014 in Boston's historic South Station. Come visit us on the Freedom Trail right next to the Old State House in downtown Boston.
FEED’s first retail location has a cafe that’s equally dedicated to the nonprofit’s mission of providing school meals to children around the world. Impressively, the cafe partnered with popular roaster La Colombe to create a special FEED Heritage coffee blend for this location. While you sip your cold brew, check out the shop’s featured assortment of its signature burlap tote bags and rotating curation of other socially conscious finds.

The original location's tall ceilings, tiled floors and diverse seating options spread between tables, couches and a patio out back make for a fashionable setting, while the toasts, breakfast burritos, and Sugarbloom Bakery pastries make for a solid meal. The espresso blend rotates frequently, but teas and specialty coffee drinks remain more or less the same. We love the Figueroa, made with sweetened condensed milk, espresso, milk and cinnamon, topped with a Maria Cookie. Look for the aquamarine neon sign inside the SPUR Urban Center. Endorffeine isn’t your cutesy, sun-dappled, Instagram-driven coffee shop—not that there isn’t a place for those, especially in L.A.

As the name suggests, The Well is a faith-based nonprofit cafe that also builds wells in developing countries. In its expansion to State Street, the Well Coffee House similarly expands its menu. There are standard coffee beverages, plus espresso-based drinks, iced coffees, tea, hot chocolate, and frozen coffees as well, plus baked goods.
Hyper curated and hyper technical, Highland Park's Kumquat Coffee is a caffeine lover's paradise. They also offer fresh pastries and breakfast burritos, just in case all that caffeine isn't fuel enough. Opened by Beyoncé’s pastor Rudy Rasmus, who’s known for his humanitarian efforts, this cafe seeks to make a bigger impact…literally, through good coffee. It brews local roaster Amaya in a sleek space, with an orange roof and reclaimed walls from discarded shipping pallets. The cafe serves hot meals to the homeless community of Downtown Houston, and also provides housing and other services to those looking to transition off the streets.
Inspired by the word “mir,” which is Russian for peace, the Seattle flagship of camping drinkware company (which has had collaborations with J.Crew) also features a cafe that gives back. Just how 5% of each Miir purchase has a trackable Give Code that shows which active giving project your purchase helped fund, the coffee by roaster Counter Culture gives back to build wells internationally and support nation-wide social good projects. Union Coffee, born out of a group of church friends, is a cozy cafe brewing Onyx Coffee Lab where 10% of all proceeds go towards a local nonprofit, which rotates every four months. Past organizations have included the North Texas Food Bank and Project Transformation, among others. Located on the hippie birth grounds of Berkeley, California, 1951 Coffee Company is a nonprofit cafe doubling as a refugee resettlement agency. Providing stopgap employment, job training and employment for those spending some of their first months in America, 1951 has become a popular study spot for nearby UC Berkeley students, too.

Super Domestic's larger Washington Boulevard sister spot, Mañana Coffee, also sells a bevy of plants and other assorted artisan goods. Both coffee shops roast their own beans and make all alternative milks and syrups in-house, for quality you can taste in every sip.
Gene’s is a counter-service spot Downtown with outstanding hand-pulled noodles. You have brought water, health, hygiene and dignity to those impacted by a devastating tornado and displacing many in our community through ShowerUp, The Laundry Stop and People Loving Nashville. In the under-invested coffee community of Mubuku Kasese, you helped provide a coffee washing station. This allows for coffee producers to earn higher wages through industry hygiene certifications.
